Screen Savers
I just found out that my weblog is going to be featured on The Screen Savers tonight.
So I got to thinking (always a dangerous thing) that if they show a screen shot of my site, this entry will be at the top.
So it would be like I'm in the background at a baseball game, waving to someone through the TV.
*wave*
*wave*
God, I am such a dork.

Yeah, it's on at 7 and 10 Eastern.
Which probably means that I missed the cutoff to *wave*, but it's worth a try, anyway.

The Screen Savers are shown in Canada if you get TechTV.

I swear, TV steals it's ideas from my 'blog; I did this in an entry only days ago (click my name) -- Anyways, I'm disappointed that they did not include M.Doughty's site, recently linked here on WWDN, and they also ignored Moby's tour log, which is actually really good reading, and he's a bit hipper than RuPaul or Al Roker. Neil Gaiman, fine, I'll give them that one, and WWDN kick ass of course. Jeff Bridges' website is pretty darn cool though. They gotts hit all the bases, I guess, what with ratings and advertisers and all that crap.

uhm, wil, just as long as you know when the camera is panning on you in the stands, that's what is MOST important (IMO)...otherwise, you're liable to be doing something extremely gross and disgusting when the glare hits ya and your neighbor nudges you to glimpse yourself on the jumbotron in front of THOUSANDS of people.
oops, wait, you do that all the time anyways, right? things gross and disgusting? *grin* hehehe
ah hell, what the hell, *wave* *wave*

I love Tech TV in general. They're so college-radio because they know nobody is really watching. Well, I mean, like five people, tops. But they can take fifteen or twenty seconds fiddling with something on the computer and it's not the end of the world or anything. I think that's neat.

Hrm.
Ever get real excited about nothing?
Yeah. It was sort of like that.
Thanks for the dig, Patrick. I really appreciate that.

Captain of the Enterprise!
Saw your comment on /. about you-know-who. Thanks for clearing that up. A lot of us were worried there for a while.
And congrats for Tech TV... if only we can get it on Satellite here in Asia!

*Sighs* I bet you have to have digital cable to get it right? Sorry for my lack of knowledge about it...and stuff. Might as well live in a van down by the river. :S :C
