Roddenberry, NO!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by: Joe at March 19, 2003 04:09 PM

There is some serious subtext there... I'd worry if I were you!

Posted by: Mark at March 19, 2003 04:16 PM

Man. I guess you shouldn't have written so much on this site about where you live. You don't see Patrick Stewart writing about the Rich F**king A**holes that live near him or about walking around Colorado Blvd. Lots of freaks out there.

Posted by: Sherm42 at March 19, 2003 04:16 PM

That makes me wonder if you ever had nightmares about the being on the show while you were still on.But that was way to funny !!

Posted by: Tammie at March 19, 2003 04:17 PM

Haha! I have one of those Treos and yeah, they're hard as hell to type on. I use my thumbs, but still I type at maybe 20wpm.

Can't complain too much though, for how small it is, that thing does wonders. PDA/Cell Phone/Wireless Internet.... I'm not complaining. :D

Posted by: Annakie at March 19, 2003 04:18 PM

baHAHA.
that's some good stuff.

all the grammatical errors make it even better.

Posted by: divaliving at March 19, 2003 04:21 PM

Ehehehe That's great. Thanks for the laugh :)

Posted by: RavenBlue at March 19, 2003 04:28 PM

dhelp is on the way!

Posted by: bhart at March 19, 2003 04:30 PM

why is everybody always pickin' on you?...don't they know an angry WWDN posse will come to your rescue...and kick the bad guys ass.

Posted by: d. burr at March 19, 2003 04:38 PM

Heheheh.... damn you're getting famous online... first Userfriendly now this.... I say try to get on reallifecomics.com or penny arcade next!

(sigh) at least something to laugh considering all the world has gone to hell.....

Posted by: Ramius at March 19, 2003 04:39 PM

i think you should make an appearance on somethingpositive.net! maybe you and choo-choo bear. not kidnapping you, though. =(

Posted by: kimmah at March 19, 2003 04:42 PM

Hehe, Patrick Stewert gets mentioned in the comic... you get kidnapped!
Go wil!

Posted by: Karina at March 19, 2003 04:45 PM

Where do you find these things?? =D

Posted by: Em at March 19, 2003 04:45 PM

*cracks up laughing*

I'll send help, Wil! Don't worry!

Posted by: Gabriel Frosner at March 19, 2003 04:45 PM

Wil - I'd send help, but the only people I know that live anywhere near you are probably even more strange than those that took you, so I'm not sure that they would be all that much help...

Oh well - cheers to your continuing online success!

-Andrew

Posted by: Andrew at March 19, 2003 04:46 PM

That's so cool!

Sweet Uncle Willie is becoming a bigtime internet icon.

Congratulations m'man, you've arrived all over again :D

Posted by: Hyperion4001 at March 19, 2003 04:47 PM

STAY ON THE LINE! HELP IS ON THE WAY!

Just as soon as I get out of this trunk...

Who am I kidding, I'll never be kidnapped like you, Wil...

Posted by: pupdog at March 19, 2003 05:06 PM

Wil,

I thought we had agreed not to discuss the "incident" involving my attempted kidnap of you.

I'm not angry, I'm just...disappointed.

Posted by: EnglishBen at March 19, 2003 05:29 PM

You do show up in the oddest places, Wil. I guess some of the Trekkies showed up in town a little early for the convention and got bored...LOL.

Posted by: Vanessa at March 19, 2003 05:30 PM

forget the tied-up-in-a-cab thing, guys... Wil has a TREO, and he's blogging from it! I am jealous, cos I can't blog from my Treo... or can I?

Posted by: courtney at March 19, 2003 05:46 PM

Posted by: inga at March 19, 2003 06:01 PM

I don't know if i can help you Wil...i know if I kidnapped a ex cast member of Star Trek TNG (watch levar, i swear i'm coming) I wouldn't want anyone to stop ME....

Posted by: Merari at March 19, 2003 06:15 PM

Thanks I needed a good laugh today, and that made me roll for whatever reason!

Posted by: Marie at March 19, 2003 06:20 PM

WE MUST RESCUE WIL! FORGET SADDAM. Wil's kidnappers must be brought to justice!

Chris

Posted by: Christopher Feyrer at March 19, 2003 07:06 PM

hahahaha... awesome, man. I wish I was famous and in a comic strip.

Posted by: Tom at March 19, 2003 07:25 PM

After watching television tonight, I'd have to say that you were probably better off right where you are.

You should be glad you missed it.

Posted by: Psychicmuse at March 19, 2003 07:26 PM

Okay, Wheaton. Here's what's up. I've IM'd all my Trekgeek friends on Trillian. With the use of our fine skills and knowledge of useless Trek trivia, we'll get you out of there, dammit! WE WILL GET YOU OUT OF THERE!!

Posted by: Pmacca01 at March 19, 2003 07:27 PM

At least you made the final edit.

Posted by: CheapEngineer at March 19, 2003 07:37 PM

Long time reader first time poster...
I'll give ya MY address if you and Brent Spiner come and kidnap me. You'll have to save room for my husband too because he's a big Wes and Data fan as well. :)

OH - I just laughed so hard I nearly fell off my chair!

Posted by: Nicole at March 20, 2003 06:09 AM

funny as hell I love your sense of humour and the ability to take a joke.... PS How was Patrick Stewart... sorry couldn't resist..:-)

Posted by: gadflysrm at March 20, 2003 07:00 AM

Hey Wil, forget about the rudimentary lathe (funny as hell as it is). Why not turn your tractor beam into a repulsor beam?

Posted by: Keri in San Diego at March 20, 2003 07:22 AM

What? They don't have OnStar(R) on the mothership? Come on, now.

Posted by: Super Jen at March 20, 2003 07:46 AM

Posted by: Lauren at March 20, 2003 07:58 AM

Ok, let's talk about...

WAR!!!

Iraq and Afghanistan, time to kiss the blade.

Posted by: The Man at March 20, 2003 08:23 AM

pssssh, you got what you deserve. :P

Posted by: Cannabis Sativa at March 20, 2003 09:37 AM

"I see you managed to get your shirt off then."

I just love Galaxy Quest...

Posted by: Dai Vernon at March 20, 2003 09:56 AM

Ick, today's Kung Fool certainly took a turn for the worse.

Ick.

Damn you Wheaton, I read the entire back story to try and understand who they were and why there were kidnapping you. It isn't entirely bad...but it isn't entirely good either. It looks like the guy has bad days where he struggles to think something up. The characters are pretty likeable though, he just needs to figure out where they are going. I guess it was better than watching the news.

Posted by: theothercourtney at March 20, 2003 10:51 AM

Thats hella funny. Was that a scene from the dark S&M Star trek universe? Or was that when you all thought the cameras were OFF.

As one who didn't get to decide if it was funny or not (because I'm home with pneumonia) could someone repost the link?

Thanks

Re: the comic
Yeah, he does walk the fine line of taste with size 15e6 shoes. Can't blame you for disassociating from it, but he does have strong views on that topic.

And sadly, I do disagree with you on the war, but that's another thread. Lives may be lost, ours or theirs, but how many will be lost if we do nothing?

Best wishes.
