To everyone who has been patient and understanding while your orders got pushed back two full weeks while I was sleeping, thank you :) I think I will be able to fill all but about five of the orders that came in, based on the stock I have on hand, which is pretty cool. Wil - you are a trooper! But, ummm, shouldn't you be resting? Get well. Posted by: Nyarl at June 7, 2005 01:53 PM
That's lovely (because I'd rather read your book than the 35 other ones sitting on my coffeetable) but like Nyarl said...are you well enough yet to be doing things like going out of doors? Don't overdo! Posted by: JM at June 7, 2005 02:08 PM
You've got a regular Kathy Lee factory happening over there, I think. Posted by: AJ at June 7, 2005 02:23 PM

Glad you're feeling better but bummed that I missed the chance to get a signed copy of this book! Just A Geek is an awesome, awesome read. The last time that I can remember a book being able to stir up that kind of emotion in me was after reading Lucky Man (Michael J. Fox). Just amazing. Posted by: Janine at June 7, 2005 03:35 PM
Glad you are feeling a bit better Wil. Knowing your passion for privacy issues I thought you might like to check out the following: at June 7, 2005 03:39 PM

I would have loved to have seen the look on the postal clerk's face when confronted with 60 different shipments... Posted by: Thumper at June 7, 2005 07:37 PM

I got my copy in the mail today and I wanted to say thank you. And I was perfectly happy waiting for you to get better before you sent it (I'm just glad it arrived before I left town.) You have to take care of yourself first and foremost. That's the human thing to do.

Wil, Please tell me your secret to writing. I have been trying for years to find somewhere in my brain the ability to write. I love to write, but when I start, it is about three sentences and then the brain farts begin. Is there a time of day you like to write? Right after breakfast? Afternoon? What inspires you? Please help! I am tired of writing boring crap. Thanks, at June 9, 2005 06:18 AM
I just found your web blog and its very cool. My boyfriend and I play the original D&D version from M.I.T. ourselves. As another blogger I find myself editing my entries for readability and interest as well. I just started this year doing it. I'll be sure to check out yours frequently. Looking forward to reading more. Posted by: phedrang at June 10, 2005 01:32 PM
