Maybe I am just being overly skeptical, but the numbers appear to have been added to an existing pic through Photoshop? (Oh the trouble I go through to not use "Photoshop" as a verb!)Look at the tips of the fingernails. The numbers appear to travel past the nail. It's particularly noticeable on the index finger and the thumb.

If it's not photoshopped, it's because it's a decal type application. That's why it wraps around. And those fake nails can be REALLY thick.
